The figurative artists experience that beauty is beyond the figure of a model. This leads the artists to infuse their ideas of beauty assigning to the model sitting before their eyes.They imagine and then they paint the same on canvases. This is the reason why the eyes of viewers looking at figurative paintings would find something artistic in it. Such painting is not the photocopy of a model that had been painted. The colours spread on canvas are not the colour of the skin of the person portrayed or painted. The artists add an element of beauty through their artistic endeavours.In the paintings or drawings of unclothed women, curvy parts of body are depicted. It is done mainly for the purpose of attracting attention of male viewers. Very often this type of depiction is meant to find the attracted eyes, and not the eyes interested in the art. I would say that these paintings have used the natural beauty of human body as an object rather using it as a subject of artistic depiction.
